Questions

Before you decide

Do my buyers need to install an app?

No. The catalog opens in whatever browser is already on their phone. You send a link on WhatsApp, they tap it, and they're in. Nothing to download, nothing to set up.

Can different buyers see different prices?

Yes — that's what price lists are for. Create as many as your plan allows, assign one to each customer, and they'll only ever see their own rates. Regular parties, bulk buyers and distributors can all look at the same catalog and see three different numbers.

Can my competitors see my rates?

Only if you want them to. Private catalogs require a login — station code plus phone number — so only the buyers you've added can get in. Public links are there for the catalogs you deliberately want open to everyone.

I already have my catalog in a PDF and in photos. Is moving everything a big job?

It's a one-time job, and we do it with you. Bring your existing PDF or photo folder and we'll sit with you to set up the first catalog — products, categories, rates and variants — so your link is live before you leave the call.

What happens after I pay?

Message us on WhatsApp with your payment confirmation. We'll activate your account, create your owner login, and walk you through setting up your first catalog. Activation is usually done the same working day.

Do you take a commission on orders?

No. You pay a flat annual fee for the plan, and that's it. However much you sell through Orderbook, the price stays the same.

What if I outgrow my plan during the year?

Use an add-on to top up the specific limit you've hit — more products, catalogs, staff accounts, price lists or public links — or upgrade to the next plan. Either way, message us and we'll send a payment link.

Can my staff use it without seeing everything?

Yes. Basic, Pro and Advanced include staff accounts, so your team can add products and handle orders with their own logins while the owner account stays yours.
